My name is Jasmine C. I am a 19 year old undergraduate at Queens College, pursuing a degree in Economics and a minor in Math. I am a math enthusiast, who loves sharing my knowledge of all things math. I’ve been a tutor for 3 years and I hope to help others reach their maximum potential in their mathematical studies.
Henry L., graduated from The Cooper Union in New York City, NY in 1990 with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He went on to work at GE Aerospace in Moorestown, NJ for eight years where he worked on 3D modeling of stealth ship prototypes for the US Navy while earning his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree in 1996. His love for analyzing, organizing and explaining concepts has compelled him to seek a vocation which would enable him to practice this gift and share it with others. Drawn to the educational field, he taught math at Franklin Delano Roosevelt HS and tutored students in numerous materials in English, Science, Math and Computers. Having an affinity for computers, Henry also worked as a Systems Analyst at Charter Technology Solutions in Brooklyn where he was instrumental in maintaining/upgrading computer systems for charter schools in NYC. Henry realizes the importance of a strong education in order to defend oneself in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world and enjoys the challenge of helping
driven students realize that success.
